Eligibility

All the insured pet(s) must meet all the below criteria:
1. No treatment for accident or illness in the past 90 days

No treatment required due to accident or illness in the past 70 days, excluding general check-up or preventive vaccinations.
2. Never received surgical operation except desexualisation
3. Never exhibit aggressive activities or attacks

Never exhibit any aggressive or vicious tendency and has not attacked or bitten any person or other animal in the past 5 years.
4. Never engaged in any business or commercial activities
5. Never suffered from any physical defects or infirmities
6. Not covered by other pet insurance from us in the past 180 days

All insured pet(s) has / have not ever been covered by any kind of pet insurance underwritten by Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited in the past 180 days from above Policy Effective Date.
